Perfumery Experiments 5 - This is for the woman with pre -menstrual cramps

That's exactly how I am, 7 days before my periods....

Yesterday, my energy levels were 0.. ZERO.....

and my cramps with almost not able to breathe................

I had to attend to somethiing....

So i prepared this mixture..

Ingredients

1. 2 raw kastoori majal turmeric pieces. Cut them to pieces

2. 4 pieces of cardamom

Dont add anything further... you can probably put a few drops of lemon ...

Just add it to water ... and take a bath.....

Effect 

Not much effect on cramps

But, great mood elevator.....

Emotional symptoms as a result of a blockage may be lack of self -esteem, agression, neediness, control issues, victim mentality, lack of identity and perfectionism.

The other chakra is the agnya chakra - is the seat of the pitutary gland, responsible for discretion, intuition and decision making.  SIgns of a blocked agnya chakra are lack of decision making, burnout, foggy mind, lacking inuition etc.
