Finally got my periods - date 4 July 2026
Painful periods --- back was almost aching for 10 days ---
slept for more than half a day ---
Flow -
Extremely healthy flow
Clots felt like gone
Dark red clots but good blood flow
Previous days
- kept myself extremely hydrated
- did qi yoga and mild breathing
- rested for 15 days
- took fenugreek water for 5 days
- only motivational music
- swinging
Date of periods - 4 July 2026
Moon in Dhanishta
Mars in Krithika ( Taurus)
** Ususally get it in when moon is in capricon . this time got in dhanishta.
