Greeting Cards ----

 

I collect Vintage and contemporary Greeting cards, almost for every occasion and for everybody.....

I started this habit, when i heard a moving speech by a couple, who were about to go their own ways, but chanced upon a greeting card, given on their marriage day, which lay in their cupboard...

On reading the same, the kept their papers down....

After a distant relative of mine passed away a year back, I happened to chance a post card written by him, for my brother's sacred thread ceremony. 

Though, we couldnt be in touch, I felt painting, postcards and greeting cards leave an impression of a person's soul....

It resonates on a deep level...

Like letters or script has an energy of its own.....

As I write this, I endeavour to someday start or at least support a greeting card business...

ANd with time, I hope that people buy greeting cards.....
