In pain, and during are darkest times, we tend to question, "why does this have to happen to me?" Lest, to we realize, that it is after the darkest storms, that the strength within our hearts reveal the divine capacity of the human spirit. 

As I pondered on Bharathiyar's lines, "தீக்குள் விரலைவைத்தால் நந்தலாலா" , how can one endure suffering with love at our hearts. and seeing the beauty of infinte wave of bliss and compassion even in those moments?

Amma has always told me, "In pain we go and look within". Deep within the recesses of our soul are answers to unanswered questions. In the spirit of surrender, we remind ourselves that, there is light at the end of the tunnel, holding onto the rainbow after the darkest storms, in the spirit of surrender to the almighty without reducing an ounce of love in our hearts, we lead life with much beauty and grace".
