The story of Meghadutam revolves around a love-lorn Yaksha, sending the cloud as a messenger to his beloved.
The stroy captures, the scenic beauty as the cloud travels across the terrain etc.
The topic of 'clouds as messengers' is reserved for a yet another post, and maybe yet another blog :)
But, the resemblance of the story to the 'vrat katha' to Yogini Ekadasi, is what Im interested in.
